At Lilaya, we set out to find the best ube powder in the Philippines. After more than thirty tests, we now work with a committed farm and a local workshop using a unique process.

Discovered in a small café in the Philippines, ube was love at first taste. So we set out to find the best ube in the country, grown with care and respect for tradition, to bring it to Europe.
It was during this search that we came across Camelle’s story. She created her own farm to offer her mother, all year round, the root she loved so much. A story that inspired the birth of Lilaya.
This treasure, with its gentle notes of hazelnut and vanilla, rich in antioxidants and fiber, is hand-harvested and then transformed locally into powder.

We didn’t just want to create a beautiful brand with a beautiful story. We also wanted to give it meaning.
Every year, 3% of our profit is donated directly to Camelle’s farm in the Philippines.
These funds help to:
• train new farmers
• fund meals for the teams on site
• invest in solar panels to make production more sustainable.
