I love ube latte for its delicious hazelnut and vanilla flavor. Its color instantly feels indulgent, even though it isn’t sweetened. And for athletic friends, it’s also an excellent antioxidant.

Rich in complex carbohydrates and fiber, ube slows sugar absorption and provides gradual energy, without spikes or crashes.
Its fiber and resistant starch nourish the microbiome, support digestion, and help you feel fuller for longer.
Its antioxidant anthocyanins help protect cells from oxidative stress, supporting skin radiance and hair vitality.
Potassium, vitamin C, and antioxidants support the nervous system and help the body better manage fatigue and stress.

We didn’t just want to create a beautiful brand with a beautiful story. We also wanted to give it meaning.
Every year, 3% of our profit is donated directly to Camelle’s farm in the Philippines.
These funds help to:
• train new farmers
• fund meals for the teams on site
• invest in solar panels to make production more sustainable.
“Purple with Purpose”
Discovered by chance near a café in the Philippines, ube was love at first taste. So we set out to find the best ube in the country, grown with care and respect for tradition, to introduce it to Europe.
It was during this search that we came across Camelle’s story. She created her own farm to offer her mother, all year round, the root she loved so much. A story that inspired the birth of Lilaya.
This treasure, with its smooth hazelnut and vanilla taste, rich in antioxidants and fiber, is harvested by hand and then locally transformed into powder.
More than a superfood, ube becomes your ritual: a way to slow down, savor, and take care of yourself, gently and colorfully.

Ube is a purple yam from the Philippines. Its naturally purple flesh hides a unique flavor: smooth, close to vanilla, with a light hint of hazelnut. Widely used in Asian desserts such as ice cream, mochi, and jams, we offer it here as a fine powder: easy to use in lattes, pastries, or creative recipes, with a touch of magic.
For food lovers, curious minds, wellness fans, and creative cooks. It’s also an excellent alternative to coffee, matcha, or overly sweet drinks: ideal if you’re looking for a smoother, more comforting daily ritual.
It has a smooth, comforting flavor, somewhere between vanilla and hazelnut. Not too sweet, not too intense: just the right amount of character to elevate your recipes without overpowering the other ingredients.
You can make between 16 and 22 lattes with one 80 g pouch, which comes out to around €1.31 per ritual.
90% pure ube and 10% natural tapioca starch to improve the texture.
Ube has a naturally light sweetness, with no added sugar. It brings a subtle note of vanilla and hazelnut, perfect for balanced recipes with a low glycemic index. A gentle indulgence.
The farm we work with is certified organic in the Philippines. However, this certification is not yet recognized in France. We are actively working to have it validated in Europe as soon as possible.
Its color comes from anthocyanins, the same antioxidants found in blueberries.
